The introduction of functional ability and nanogeometry further add to the property of nonmaterial for practical application. A novel new rout of functional noble metal nanoparticles synthesis has been developed first time that involve the participation of functional alkoxysilane. 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane mediated synthesis of functional AuNPs, AgNPs, PdNPs, Au-Pd/Pd-Au, Au-Ag nanoparticles have been invented having potentiality for converting into thin film or to be used as homogeneous suspension by controlling the dynamics of 3-APTMS capped metal ions by the use of suitable organic reducing agents differing in polarity index. In addition to that synthesis of processable prussian blue nanoparticles and superperoxidase mimetic mixed metal hexacyanoferrate nanoparticles has been developed having catalytic ability better than that of peroxidase enzyme for practical applications.
